What is the capacity of the Cube?
The Cube has a capacity of 40 people.

What is the capacity of the Party Limo?
The Party Limo has a capacity of 35 people.

How would the hire work?
The hire of either venue is flexible to your requirements, we can work with you towards arranging what you want. Its available day or night.
Here is a sample itinerary for an evening hire of the Party Limo or The Cube:
Sample Itinerary:
19.00 - Collection from location of your choice.
19:45– Arrive venue one – I would regularly recommend a venue outside the city center ie The Bloody Stream in Howth, 40 Foot in Dun Laoghaire – this is flexible to your requirements
20:45 - Depart
21:30 - Arrive Venue Two – here I would suggest a pub on the way back into the city centre or city centre itself ie Tonic, Blackrock. - Again this is flexible
22:30 - Depart
23:00 - Drop off at a nightclub or destination of your choice.

How does the Bar operate?
We would normally pre arrange the drinks in the package for the hire, we do not operate a cash bar onboard.

What type of musicians?
All our musicians are professional musicians who can play a wide range of music from the good old days to the present day. They will also tailor the evening to suit your group’s requirements.

What pubs do you stop off at?
We tailor the itinerary to meet your requirements. We can recommend a range of pubs, which we deal with regularly or we will be happy to accommodate your own choice of pubs. We pre – book all venues for your night.

Can you guarantee admission to the pubs and clubs?
We will have booked your group into the pubs and club prior to the night, however the regular door policy for establishments will apply

Do you operate outside of Dublin?
Yes.

Can you do trips down the country?
Yes.

Can we hire for the day?
The Cube and The Party Limo are available for day or evening hire.

If there is a small group do you join them up with someone?
We operate on the private hire of The Cube and The Party Limo and we do not put smaller groups together.

Can you use them if you have smaller numbers?
The capacity for The Cube and The Party Limo is the maximum capacity and we do cater for less than capacity bookings.

What is the finish time?
We finish at 11.00pm.

How do you book The Party Limo or The Cube?
If you call the office with the dates you have in mind we can check the availability for the dates and then we can place your booking on the system as a provisional booking – we can hold the dates for a limited period of time and we would require a deposit to confirm the dates.

What are the payment terms?
We can hold a booking provisionally for 5 working days. In order to confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit and the balance of the payment must be paid four weeks in advance of the event.

Can you arrange dinner or finger food on the way?
We can arrange Dinner or finger food en route should you require – You pay the establishment directly for the food on the night.

What is the start time?
We are very flexible on the start time and would work within your requirements.
