City Centre Treasure/Scavenger Hunt


This fantastic team challenge is a great way to see your favourite capital city or Discover Dublin for the first time!

Get to grips with our unique trail, scavenge for some rather interesting items, meet the locals, have some unusual shopping excursions, partake in a drink or two and even kidnap a stranger!  Gaining points along the way! This fantastic Treasure Hunt takes 1½ hrs and is done against the clock.

We can offer this in Dublin City Centre and on many routes out of the city, be it taking in the country or seaside.

Create a Treasure Hunt with a real difference using multiple locations. Groove on The Move on board one of our fantastic Moving Venues with bar and entertainment onboard in between locations. Teams are given a set time to complete the clues and then its back onboard for a drink and live music while heading off to the next location.

Where does the event take place?
We go as far north as just over the Liffey, as far south as St Stephens Green, as far east as Merrion Square and west to Parliament Square – and everywhere in between!

We can collect you in one of our Moving Venues and do The Treasure Hunt on the move in multiple locations.

How many people can do the Treasure Hunt?
We can cater for any size groups (minimum 15 pax)

What exactly is included in the price?
Pre event management, venue hire (unless otherwise informed at time of booking) 1 Creatove Events staff member for every 40 participants, all necessary equipment and a bottle of bubbly for the winning team. We can also supply extra prizes should you require.

What happens during a typical Treasure Hunt?
On arrival the group will be met and divided into teams. Each team will be given all the necessary equipment including the questions, maps etc and will then begin the hunt. Each team will go in search of the answers, clues are to be found accompanying the questions. Bonus points can also be gained by collecting certain items along the way. The group will then meet back at a prearranged location at a certain time, where the answers and bonus points will be collected and prizes awarded to the winning team.

Can you arrange dinner or finger food?
We can arrange Dinner or finger food should you require – We book everything and you can pay the establishment directly for the food on the night.

What is the start time?
We are very flexible on the start time and would work within your requirements.

How long does it take?
The normal Treasure Hunt takes an hour and a half or up to 2 hours if this is done on foot and up to 4 hours if on The Cube or the Party Limo.  This includes the scoring and prize giving ceremony.

How do you book a Treasure Hunt?
If you call the office with the dates you have in mind we can check the availability for the dates and then we can place your booking on the system as a provisional booking – we can hold the dates for a limited period of time and we would require a deposit to confirm the dates.

What are the payment terms?
We can hold a booking provisionally for 5 working days. In order to confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit and the balance of the payment must be paid four weeks in advance of the event.

Our group participants have very little English, would that be a problem?
We will do our utmost to get the Treasure Hunt translated to the language you may need, but please give us plenty of notice in order to do this. We cannot translate a Treasure Hunt on the day.
